Description/Scope of Work: Provide qualified personnel and supplies necessary to perform cleaning and powerwashing services at the 43k capacity Phillies Stadium. Areas of concentration of the ballpark consists of three levels, the lower deck, a suite level and the upper deck. The main grandstand extends from the left field foul pole to home plate, to the right field foul pole, and into right center field. Litter pickup/removal, Backpack blower usage, Cleaning/scrubbing suites, Trash and Recycling removal, Wiping down assigned sections, Pressure washing bleachers, stairs, and walkways.
